Messages to Sleepy and Tookie
Perhaps we can assist Sleepy and Tookie in a small way by keeping them from answering the same questions over and over againl
Please post anything you desire them to consider or any questions you may have. We are being communicated with and I have found concerns have been immediately addressed.
Sleepy if this thread is inappropriate in any manner, please feel free to move it, edit it or delete it entirely.

Sorry broke. Just having fun.

I have a doubt, broke & others , about how to quote several posts in one post & also how to move the quotes below or up, that is rearrange the quotes inside the post. Because when I do it the curzor moves inside the box of the previous quote. Same when I first quote and then try to move the curzor above the quote, it just moves inside the quote but not above it. So i have to re do the whole post once again as I can't type anything above it.

Re: Messages to Sleepy and Tookie
Yes, sorry about that. Problem is that the other ways we tried to code in break things, like the smileys, and things like that. So we only are using the basic systems quote.
If you press the quote then change the editor mode with the button at the far right. Then you see plain text with the [ quote ] tags. Then you can just put the mouse there where you want too. You can switch the editor mode right back if you want
You can also create your own quote tages with below code
this can be useful if you just 'select & copy' a part of a post or something from another site.
We really need to write a FAQ for this forum itself

Re: Messages to Sleepy and Tookie
What is the most efficient way to copy a portion of an excel file and post it here?
I do not wish to add another task to your list of things to do.

Re: Messages to Sleepy and Tookie
Well you are in luck, I have been testing with it, for Mings level lists and just found a website to try.
I think this is the fastest way:
I think this is the fastest way:
- Just select the info in the Excel sheet
- Go to this site: http://theenemy.dk/table
- Select no option, the type should be BBC code
- Click the create button
- Now change the code slightly with this if you want borders (if not skip to the next step):
The code starts with:- Code:
[table]
Change it to
- Code:
[table class="doc"]
- Copy the complete given code and paste it in a post here

Re: Messages to Sleepy and Tookie
This is the result from above site posted here:
You can use the normal post styling on this forum to add colors and such if you want:
Do not choose the generator to make a border or header row, they will not work (correct).
Hope this helps out many of you that want to post sheets
Nr | Who | Where |
1 | Me | Basement |
2 | You | Behind computer |

Re: Messages to Sleepy and Tookie
Thank you Sleepy, I'll experiment with it.
(I sense the need for an index system if these type questions continue. The desire would be to cut your efforts and not to increase them.)
Thanks again.

Re: Messages to Sleepy and Tookie
Sleepy - I am sorry you are sick, again. I hope you feel better soon.
I have been noticing lately that the spell check feature has changed on this forum & the other. As you know from my many posts about dyslexia, I rely very heavily on spell check to make my posts readable.
The problem seems to be with the new feature. That there is now a grammer feature added so the red squiggle line goes from 1 word to the next. It wants to either create a totally different word or has no suggestions. Plus, it won't help me with a word that I know I misspell, but can't figure out.
Do you know of any solutions to this? If not, I will just live with it & all the misspelled words.
Thanks!

Re: Messages to Sleepy and Tookie
We have a nasty flu going round, we still did not get beter Just need more sleep too lol
Anyway, we do not have a spellchecker on our forums, it is a function that comes with your browser, so not much we can do for you, sorry
Do you use Firefox as browser? It seems that Firefox comes with a build in spellchecker and was recently updated.
I myself use Chrome and the red lines are there, but do not jump to the other words.
