Viva Pinata Event

So far....the hardest part of this event is getting a strategy going!

Ain't that the truth.  I'm so confused about what is really required that I've decided to just play wait and see what happens. 


I'm not doing the nostalgia mini event as I only have one goat milk tree and no intention of using up all my tools to build goat dairies.  Without needing to grow long overnights my only strategy at this point is to grow as many hops, peppermint, orchids and peas as I can.  Then I'll just focus on the event plants and see how it goes.

That should work fine BAW.   You can use SSG to increase the yield on the trees and as long as you have enough you should be fine. 

I would do it except for the goat milk, I'm just not going to give up that many tools for items I usually give away.

I see I'm not alone in wondering about this event.

I decided to get started on B-day event so I could level up the 4 b-day animals so I could get going on the "crate o winners" package! I'll probably start on Nostalgia quest tomorrow a.m. I did buy a few crate of pinatas in the shop....but after I had planted all my 1st seeds.(head slap) I then opened them to gain a lot more seeds....and Yippie the pinata pet!!!!
I've also won a lot of treats from the crates!!!! If you can....buy them!!!

OK, I have a question:  is the Blind Piñata’s Buff available anywhere other than the new quest?  I hadn't planned on doing the quest, but need the giver for the cloud row.

Mindy, what?  You get the Blind Pinata's bluff from reaching level 12 for Indy cat the first character in the event.

You do not have to do the new quest to complete the CR.  They are basically two separate events.

Thanks, LD.  For some reason this event has really confused me and the FAQs made it worse.  Just getting old I guess.

Well in fairness the FAQ on this was super confusing to pretty much everybody.
