Bigpoint to Farmerama?

Hi, anyone else who logs in via Bigpoint and now being told to log in via Farmerama?

I've tried and tried and when I try to log in via Farmerama - it tells me both my Bigpoint farms don't exist.

The forum moderators cannot help me and have sent me to support.

Wondering if I should just accept now that I will lose access to my farms???!!!!

Anyone? Help? Thank you!

One of my farm faces the issue AniE. The other farm I haven't logged in yet. 

I just simply close the pop up and go into my farm.

I also just close the pop-up and continue.
BUT - I think at some stage they will just stop access via Bigpoint.
Moderators on the forum don't seem to know anything about it.

Oh well. Will just have to carry on!

I think they send you to Support because they can't discuss account details on the forum for privacy reasons. I would contact Support and see what they say. I would do all I could to save my farm and continue to be able to log in.

Yesterday one of our Community Manager posted this OA at 11am.
He said that BP gave for the players few weeks, then they are going to shut down their portal.
English support must help players who have difficulties logging into the game.

Support tells me to go to Farmerama and say I've forgotten password. That's never worked for me - they've told me to do that before when I haven't had access (I used to be locked out during G&T quite often).
Support didn't believe me when I told them that the password thing didn't work.
So.

I was told the same by support and it worked out for me.

You will have to go to www.farmerama.com and use the Forgot your password option first. Enter your Bigpoint username and your linked e-mail, then you will be able to set a new password for a direct login through Farmerama directly.

1. Go to farmerama.com page.
2. Enter your user name & then click forgot password option.
3. You will be sent an link to your email through which you created the bigpoint account.
4. Go to your email & click on the link in the mail.
5. You will be taken farmerama page & will be asked to enter new password & then re-enter the same password.
6. Thereafter you can login to your farm through farmerama.com
