“Hey Farmerama players,

First of all: we are deeply sorry about the troubles during the last days.
We know that it´s a frustrating situation for everyone and we did, and will always do our best, to fix all issues as fast as possible.

Today we faced some connection issues to our data center which caused that all Bigpoint Games weren't reachable for a couple of hours. This has been a very unfortunate situation.
We are totally aware that not only today but also the last days were a mess and we apologize for the bad experience.

Currently we are creating a compensation package for all users which will most likely be claimable via In game news by the end of next week (further information will be announced by the beginning of next week) and we will prolong the Valentine Event by 24 hours.

Please trust us, that we will work hard to come back to a stable state of Farmerama – we will keep going – that´s for sure.
