today, our daily yumyum hungry   is this:
Shoarma sandwhich, with cucumber and copious amounts of garlic sauce.   frying

And a cuppa milk to douse the sharp. (for me, everything is too sharp)
It's one of my favorite fast foods...   drooling Not extremely healthy, but I'm a meat monster, so... YUM YUM!  eating

Food Topic: What's for eatin' ? Pita-shoarma

For some reason, they never photograph the copious amounts of sauce though!  No! Why!

Am I the only one who dumps half the bottle on 1 Pitabread?

I've been using my crock pot quite a bit lately, made cherry dump cake last week, to go with my first ever pot roast (turned out quite well, I was pleased big grin).  I also made stew, which lasted a whole 2 meals, lol, and chicken and dumplings, and plan on making some split pea soup for this weekend - well, weekend for me, anyway, will start Tuesday.  Thinking about a pork roast for tonight, with potatoes and salad.  Anyone who has some good slow cooker recipes, feel free to share  NodYes, I'm always looking for new recipes.  Which reminds me, need to figure out what cookies I'll be making for Christmas baskets this year monster cookie.

Cheddar and bacon chowder sounds delish! drooling

Yesterday I helped Hubby in the kitchen (he's a chef and I sometimes help out when he needs a hand) with a dinner for 150 people.

For dessert they were served little miniature "Pavlovas" with lashings of whipped cream à part. And I never got to eat one   drooling   calm
