That which I greatly dreaded has come - snake breeding!

I don't like snakes either, Willow.  Not looking forward to this one.  There isn't any way the devs can make snakes "cute".

I too don't like snakes. I couldn't even bear to put those pens out. Only the CCs I get from marketing makes me do it.

The feed for them is expensive and/or hard to make. With rabbits and chickens being needed for this month's breeding, the price will only go higher. Good for those who have surplus to sell. Bad for those with an unprepared barn. I think many find being prepared for breeding events to be hard with so many events leaving no time for normal farming.

Perhaps there will be a change in feed requirements for snakes; of course that will be too late to help with building stock.

What both of you say is true. I am not buying anaconda feed. Just milling them in small numbers one by one. I have put out all of my Neon chicken & rabbit pens.

Grow a white basil! Start with green, red and blue and complete the mission of the "Basil's Rustics/Colourful Basil" mission to unlock new varieties. 
Continue planting and collecting basil to complete mission tasks. 
Progress in the mission will unblock prizes and new basil varieties. 
The basil feeders/emulsifier, unlocked in the diamond steps of the mission, will become an additional source of certain varieties of this plant. 
To create a white basil, you have to finish all other varieties. 
White basil will allow you to complete the last task of the mission and unlock the final prizes!
Here is an overview of all varieties and methods of combining them to create a white basil. Use them to complete the "Basil's Rustics" mission! (Pictures for this not available. When I get them I will post them)

And check out the list of tree fruits given by Czech & Slovakia Moderator - Apple, Pears, Plums & Cherries. We will be needing things from our barn. So stock them up.
