So sorry pepsi to accidentally address message about homeschooling to spots. This was at the High School level. It may be different for elementary or middle school ages.
You may also want to check what other resources your district or county has for homeschooling. My Sister-inlaw was a Resource specialist for homeschooling for her county. She traveled to quite a few areas to give lessons(especially in science) to groups of homeschooled kids. She also provided advice and materials to parents.

pepsi - when hubby was active duty Army, I knew a lot of families that home schooled. They formed a co-op and switched off lessons in areas that were strengths for others. Perhaps you can connect with other homeschooled students and see if you can find someone to offer enrichment in areas you feel uncomfortable with and vise versa. Good luck!
You are a good Mom and doing a great job :)

Thank you I'm trying... I wrote more to you and Brookeham in another thread so no one was annoyed here in the event area.
Speaking of the event... I hope everyone is having fun with it. Those of you doing it.

Re: Firefly Festival Spring Edition
I've been having a horrible time logging in the last few days, so bear with my ignorance please (can't seem to get my mind working, coming down with bug of some type I think). Can anyone tell me if we have to do each pattern individually, or do the lanterns stay lit from pattern to pattern? I can't see any way we can possibly do the whole event in the time given if we have to relight lanterns each pattern.

Sorry about sign in issues. I hope it will work better for you soon.
Once a lantern is lit it stays lit. You can only do each task once and it counts in every task involving that lantern. Hope it makes sense.

Perfect, thanks for the help meebs!
Problem's not game, but connection. Am getting a connection of my very own sometime soon, as soon as new provider is up and running. Hopefully REALLY soon. Hate using hotspot.
