Yes, it is a bit overwhelming. Sister has been fighting stage 4 Metatastic Breast cancer for a little more than 4 years. She is frazzled (understandably so) because for her type of cancer, survival rates are 2-5 years so she is watching the clock. Her children are 8 and 5 so just lots going on...
