Picture Perfect strategy

Heck, I just listened and read all the strategy posts of my mentor Broke and our Viking Dynamic Duo (not to mention my Farm Wife BillyWhiskers aka PnP) and MooBoy's sage advice.
I had second thoughts hence my I'm not going to do it post and then I turned around after selling and making 30 Million CCs and donated big-time thinking that 500 M EV would not be enough.  I shall see about next year since I emptied out my stocks of tree fruits, carnations and roses pretty much. Or as Broke says... I burnt the barn.

I am interested in knowing - what all the TOP placers have left in their barns or did they donate down to the last shriveled carrot?

I only donated treefruits, approximately 35% of the fruit I had (in EV). So there is still plenty left   I was prepared to give more, but it turned out not to be necessary. In fact I think I have more in my barn today, than I did last year, when I didn't take part in the TOP event   put lots of time and effort into preparation since December last year, so I am happy it paid off 

I donated around 23% of what I had in EV on roses, carnations, tree fruit and parrot feathers. I only gave in tree fruit and parrot feathers.

Thank you to all for the kind messages posted here and sent in game. They really made me smile and truly grateful for the experience that I could share with friends.

I missed the final few minutes but they must have been crazy because I slid down over 100 more spots.

Next year?   I don't know. I need a bit of time to recover from this one!

I did upgrade my menagerie and accidentally upgraded the Baha manufactory this morning. Big hit on my animals/breeding stock. I intended to upgrade Baha's menagerie too but did the first 'M' in the list. Sigh. Too much pie, not enough sleep makes quest donation tricky

Now starts the prep for next year. I've already told hubby I don't care what is happening next year....the month of November is mine.
