Over the Hump strategy

I saw some strategy on the dark side...but I know some very smart people here would probably have ideas on how to complete this event?
I've had all my camel pens out since I 1st heard of this upcoming event....but EEEK it's sure going to take a ton of breeding!!!!

You're probably the only one who actually CAN finish this event!   I'm not even going to try as I have exactly 272 camels, no camel feed and no powerfeed either. And I'm not buying AGAIN. 

I'm also not impressed with the prizes.

i am going for it too I have 6000 camels on one farm and close to that on this farm :)I'm just wondering how many PF we are going to need :)

I have 2000 camels, some breeding camels and about 200 PF
I'll go as far as I can with it.
I love breeding events but why do they keep making everything harder and harder??
And why is it rated medium difficulty?   This will be hard even for upper level players ~

Well....I am going for it. I have 5200 camels and have been saving my bred camels for a few BBD's. I always am a sucker for breeding challenges.

I've got a couple thousand camels but I've not opened camel breeding yet.  Actually I've not opened any Baha breeding at all.  I've managed to trade and win a large number of upgraded stalls and production pens without the need for breeding.

I can't decide if I'm going to participate in the event or not.  There isn't really anything in the prizes I want or need.  I've got a good supply of PF so I may just do other breeding and sell camels instead.  I'll think I'll just hold on to those GB's a while longer.

I have preloaded my breeding shed with camels (132 breedings, 528 camels, 264 PF) and will see what the results give me when baby boom starts. Pnp has the most camels (4258 left) but I am not sure if I will attempt on the other farms. BW has 2k camels but only about 300 PF. What makes me really uncomfortable is that this will be a PF burner if you are trying to complete it and with the rumors of the next Wild about Animals to be in January (also a PF burner), there is just no time for the mill to recover. This event does have nice prizes (I think) but I guess everyone has to decide if they are nice enough to use either a lot of PF or CC to buy the stock.

if you use all regular camels you need 6140 of them that saves PF I'm just trying to figure out how many PF we are going to need total and good luck to you too :hairy grin:

Thanks marly for the number but I can't grow enough between now and the end of the event and I can't afford to buy them at the prices they are selling for.

well on pnp you will probably be able to do the whole thing with what you are breeding and what you have left if you don't want to use any more PF

You only have to go around once to get the crate of farm supplies

I'm hoping BP is generous with camel skips and twins this BBD! I'm also crossing my fingers for another BBD this weekend....as I will not be home much tomorrow.
I have an infusion on wed...then xmas shopping with the boys...and on Thurs. a.m. having a minor surgery.
