Where's OUR strategy thread for the Neon Event?

Has there been any hint of a (short) BBD and a PF sale right at the start? I can donate whatever animals it will let me to start... but I'm not breeding for the love locks until there's a BBD happening!!!

Any word/inkling of a hint of a quicky BBD yet? Or should I just count on one happening? 
I don't wanna get my butt up at 5 am to start the neon event if there's no BBD

As per FAQ,
You need 45 Pfs for frogs
45 PFs for bats & 
45 Pfs for dogs.
That is a total of 135 PFs
& another 135 Pfs for the last step. So we will be needing a total of 270 PFs . Is that correct ?


This is what I posted over there. Am I right or wrong ? There seems to be confusion over how much PFs we need to do the event. But I think it is only 279 PFs. Please correct me if I am wrong.

  We have to breed 270 different times in order to get the 135 Love Locks needed for the first steps (to get both sets of Neons) and the 135 Love Locks needed for the final step with the additional prizes. Each time we breed we use 2 PFs... so a total of 540 PFs are needed to complete the event.

Sorry, Guinea, I ran out of time to post both forums   .  I think you may have the numbers backwards a little.  We need 135 love locks total for 2 neons of each animal.  Each love lock takes 1 breeding, so 135 breedings.  Each breeding requires 2 PF.  135 x 2 = 270 PFs total for just the pens.  Final step would add 270 PF, so anyone planning on doing the whole thing would need 540 PF.  At least that's how I figured it.  Maths aren't my strong point, so totally possible I got it goofed.

I can (and do) use a calculator, and still doof numbers up  .  I do my taxes long hand, then check them at least twice before I finally send them in, and then I still sweat it until I get the refund check, lol.

Dang... saw a mini event announcement over there and got all excited thinking it would be a BBD... but it's the G&T. Still exciting, but sigh, I need a BBD... my love shack is full with a big HARVEST ME sign on it
