Re: Farming goals
Just got back to reading the forums after a few days, and was heartbroken to read about Hector. My heart goes out to Karen.

I know Willow....isn't it the saddest news. I feel just awful for Karen.
lea - You were very very kind to try to save peanut. I'm sure he is heaven eating lots of nuts and smiling down on you.

Re: Farming goals
Brookeham I didn't know who Hector was. I don't read that thread...I don't really read much over there actually. It's always sad when a pet dies. And the bigger the more raging it can seem. I still have pictures in my head that I wish I didn't have from when my horses were put down long ago.
And poor little squirrel. I hope it died fast.

meba - Yes it's very hard to lose a pet. How awful for you when your horses were put down.
I still grieve my 2 labs that we lost a few year's ago. Especially our Toby. He was such a sensitive big dog. Always could sense when you were down. He would be your shadow until you felt a bit better.
