Top level breeding skips good or bad?

I always like to try and switch it up with manual harvesting and machinery. Just to see if one is better than the other. Have come to no conclusions on that haha Breeding is so unpredictable

I rarely get more than a one or two level skip, whether I do large or small batches. Nice when a good skip happens, but they are very scare for me.
